• "BullsAI" refers to our mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Services.
• "Services" includes trading tips, investment advice, market analysis, and all features provided through BullsAI app and bullsassets.in website.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid PAN card and complete KYC verification
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited by any law from participating in securities trading

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must verify your phone number via OTP
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

4. Services Provided

Bulls Assets through the BullsAI app provides:

• Trading Tips: Stock, commodity, and forex trading recommendations
• Market Analysis: Technical and fundamental analysis reports
• Investment Advisory: Personalized investment guidance
• Educational Content: Trading tutorials and market education
• Real-time Alerts: Price alerts and trading notifications
• Portfolio Tracking: Track your investments and performance

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• We offer various subscription plans with different features and durations
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscription details are provided at the time of purchase

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and other secure payment gateways
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods
• Contact our support team for refund inquiries

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Share your subscription access with others
• Copy, redistribute, or sell our trading tips and content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Provide false or misleading information
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the market using our tips

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on BullsAI app are owned by Bulls Assets
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission
• Trading tips, analysis, and recommendations are our proprietary content

8. Limitation of Liability

Bulls Assets shall NOT be liable for:

• Any losses incurred from trading based on our tips or recommendations
• Market volatility, crashes, or unforeseen market events
• Technical issues, app downtime, or delayed notifications
• Errors or inaccuracies in market data or analysis
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party broker or exchange failures

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulls Assets, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading activities and investment decisions

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through the app settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The seat of arbitration shall be Nagpur, India
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Courts in Nagpur, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction

12. SEBI Compliance

Bulls Assets operates in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations:

• SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
• SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014
• All applicable SEBI circulars and guidelines

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or app. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bulls Assets regarding the use of our Services.
